[BUG] DevFS broken in 2.5.41?

Hi,

while booting 2.5.41, i get the following error message:

Oct 7 22:46:32 minerva kernel: i2c-dev.o: i2c /dev entries driver module version 2.6.4 (20020719)

Is this a DevFS-related issue or is i2c somehow broken?
