PROBLEM: restore file in tar from a magnetic tape device attached on SCSI

Problem: restore file in archive file format from a magnetic tape device attached on SCSI BUS.

When i restore file by tar -xvf /dev/st0 and recorded on tape there is the following list:

the system panics.
