[PATCH 2.4] New Wireless Extension API - part2

        Hi Marcelo,

        Here is the second part of the new driver API for Wireless
Extensions. Few facts :
                o complement first part that went in 2.4.19-pre5
                o fix two simple bugs in the first part
                o add wireless scanning and wireless events
                o ok'ed by Alan and Jeff
                o in 2.5.X since 2.5.16 (few months)
                o needed by the new airo driver in 2.4.20-pre1
                o needed by few other wireless drivers outside kernel tree
        Tested intensively on 2.4.19, rediff'ed for 2.4.20-pre1 and
tested quickly with the new airo driver in 2.4.20-pre1.
        Patch below...
