2.4.19 compile warning for AMD Athlon config

amd_adv_spec_cache_feature() tries to use have_cpuid_p(), which does not
exist in 2.4.x tree.

This seems to have been introduced in 2.4.19-rc1, I guess I should have noticed it before.
A case of 2.4 being too stable perhaps, as it works fine so I didn't check compile log :)
