   Reinstate checks for changed commands in user_command().

Changes from common-2.4.18-5 to common-2.4.18-6.

   Add tftpboot.img.

   Update 53c700 generated script.

   Add -traditional to scsi script pre-processing (unbalanced ' in comments).
