When I looked in
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.5/
I noticed that the file LATEST-IS-2.5.0 needs to be
renamed to be LATEST-IS-2.5.1 since linux-2.5.1.tar.bz2
has been released
