Can not install modutils-2.4.10-1.i386.rpm

Hi,

I downloaded modutils-2.4.10-1.i386.rpm but RPM complains it can not be
installed. I have rpm version 3.0.5. There is no problem for me to install
modutils-2.4.9-1.i386.rpm. I think there is a problem in the latest rpm
file.
