[PATCH 2.4.6-ac2] CONFIG_FB_ATY_CT_VAIO_LCD documentation.

The symbol CONFIG_FB_ATY_CT_VAIO_LCD does not have an associated
documentation in Configure.help.

The attached patch fix it.
