[root@fogarty /tmp]# rpm -q gcc
[root@fogarty /tmp]# cat test.c
inline void f(unsigned int n){int
[root@fogarty /tmp]# gcc -o test test.c
[root@fogarty /tmp]# ./test

didn't barf here with 2.96-70.
