Kernel 2.4-test12-pre4 BUG - scsi (?)

[1.] One line summary of the problem:
        During burning of CD onto SCSI driver (using cdrecord) crashes. during
the burn (10% or so) it crashes with "Unable to handle kernel null pointer"

        During burning of CD onto SCSI driver (using cdrecord) crashes. during
the burn (10% or so) it crashes with "Unable to handle kernel null pointer" and
dumps a whole lot of things to the screen (flags of some sort, eg "eax=..")
