Can't boot 2.4.0test9..

I just built a new kernel, installed, ran lilo, rebooted, and it
gets to "Uncompressing Linux...." and hangs dead.

This is a Red Hat 6.2 box. All versions of stuff I have seem to
check out fine with the Changes file right now, so I'm not sure
what the problem could be.

This is a DFI K6BV3+/66 motherboard with an AMD K6-2-300 running
with a 66Mhz clock. It works fine with all 2.2.x kernels.

Attached is my .config

And here is my lilo.conf

append="hdc=ide-scsi hdd=ide-cd mem=95M splitfifo=1"

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm wanting to get
a 2.4.x kernel up for testing, etc..
