[PATCH]: TLAN EISA support + PCI fixes

From: Torben Mathiasen (tmm@image.dk)
Date: Thu Aug 31 2000 - 16:38:36 EST

This patch (against 2.4.0-test7 and later) take the tlan driver to v1.10
and has the following fixes/enhancements:

        Support for EISA controllers
        New PCI probe layout
        Other fixes (see patch).

Currently only the Compaq NetFlex-3/E controller is supported, and as I
only had access to one, it might not find your controller. If it dosen't
please load the driver with "insmod tlan debug=0x10" and send me the output.
You'll be able to check if you EISA board was found by watching "dmesg" output.
The driver should report something similar to this:

ThunderLAN driver v1.10
TLAN: eth0 irq=11, io=70a0, Compaq Netelligent 10/100 TX PCI UTP, Rev. 16
TLAN: eth1 irq= 9, io=3000, Compaq NetFlex-3/E, Rev. 0
TLAN: 2 devices installed, PCI: 1 EISA: 1

Please note this driver version is experimental. Some issues are
still left (timers on SMP, revision, etc.).

Have fun.
