Broken /proc/meminfo ?

I currently run kernel 2.4.0-pre5 (SMP) and 2.4.0-pre7 (UP) and on
both, cat /proc/meminfo looks like this:

total: used: free: shared: buffers: cached:
Mem: 261382144 257748992 3633152 0 2695168 143982592
Swap: 271392768 46993408 224399360
MemTotal: 255256 kB
MemFree: 3548 kB
MemShared: 0 kB
Buffers: 2632 kB
Cached: 140608 kB
HighTotal: 0 kB
HighFree: 0 kB
LowTotal: 255256 kB
LowFree: 3548 kB
SwapTotal: 265032 kB
SwapFree: 219140 kB

The "shared" and "MemShared" values show zeroes, and I didn't find
any word whether it is intended or not, so I believe it's a bug.

I'm not on this list, I just read kernel-traffic. I hope it was OK to
send this mail, I wouldn't know any better place.
