2.4.0-pre[67]: IDE blocking on wait_on_page

Since 2.4.0-pre6, accesses to hdc block on wait_on_page for a couple of
seconds, in the best case. DMA is off both in kernel and BIOS. No chipset
tuning. hda works fine.
