[patch] k6-2+ Write Allocate Patch

Hello

Just got my K6-2+ 500Mhz [well, it's in my aging FIC PA-2007 motherboard
so it is underclocked to 450Mhz].

In any case, the bios doesn't know to turn on write allocation, so here's
a one-line patch to do this.

Also, a /proc/cpuinfo for those who are interested.
