As now it can't trigger while compiling glibc. But ->f_op->read/write are
called w/o big kernel lock and block_read/write are not acquiring the big
kernel lock either so it can trigger while accessing directly
/dev/{sd*,hd*}.

I think what happens when it triggers is that some write could be lost.
