Bugzilla from the Mozilla project is available, and we use a slightly
modified version of it here at ImageStream for our internal trouble ticket
needs. I'm pretty familiar with it and would be happy to set something up
if everyone decides that it would be the way to go for web-based trouble
ticket/bug tracking.
