locking i/o ports

Hi there

Is there any way in the kernel setup to lock some i/o ports.
I have to make 100% sure that under no circumstances ports 0xEE and 0xEF are
touched, not even read.
On my system there is an alternative CPU reset with dummy read from port
0xEF
