It looks suspicious:

why twice?
+obj-$(CONFIG_MAC_SERIAL) += macserial.o
+obj-$(CONFIG_NVRAM) += nvram.o
why twice?
+obj-$(CONFIG_NVRAM) += nvram.o

Otherwise, it would be very good to merge this to mainstream kernel.
