I'm still gettin this under 2.4.0-test3-pre7
machine is :-
Dual Intel Pentium II 400 MHz
Gigabyte GA6BX-D Motherboard
128MB Ram
3com 3c905B-TX Ethernet Card
Matrox G200 AGP
It happens after about an 1/2 hour to 1 hour of playing mp3's from an nfs
mounted drive.

at this point the machine becomes very unhappy :-)
if i shut eth0 down, things are a bit better, but if i try to bring it back
up it gets upset at me again !!!
i forgot to try unloading the module this time, this has helped in the past.
