test2-pre11 kswapd still using too much CPU

Hi,

Just to let you know. In test2-pre11 the kswapd problems are still
present.
I wasn't able to keep up with the test1-acXX -> test2-preXX move, so
perhaps it was premature for me to test it.

Besides this kswapd problem there was a serious problem with hda, so I
am not able to give you any output. What I could see was that kswapd is at
65% CPU usage. An improvement, but not really satisfying :-) And funny
enough, the CPU usage was slowly going up.

I have a boot floppy which does not use the harddisk, so if you want I can
run vmstat and write down some of the output.
