problems (maybe some libs?) after upgrade from 2.2.15 to 2.2.16

Hi,

after upgrading from 2.2.15 to 2.2.16 (vanilla+ide patch) there are some
problems with my perl scripts using GD and CGI modules. This is a first
time I see something doesn't work after kernel upgrade. Scripts crash with
"Segmentation fault". Everything's ok after going back to 2.2.15. What
should I check?
