I'm using loadlin to boot a bzImage of the 2.3.36 kernel...From there, I'm patching my kernel to the latest release. I can't seem to use the same procedure for a later kernel, eg. 2.4.0-test1-ac16 . It appears that sometime after 2.3.36, files were changed such that when you try to boot a bzImage, it reboots at boot time. But, which files and in which patch?
