System.map - error message

Hi all people

Following error messages were pop-up after installing a new kernel,
linux-2.3.99-pre6 to R.H.6.2 (new System.map file has been copied from root
to /boot/System.map)

During Starting-up

Starting NFS locked: Lockdsve: Invalid Argument [Failed]

During Shutting down

- Shutting down Console mouse [Failed]
- Shutting down NFS file locking devices: [Failed]
- Turning off accounting accton: Function not implemented [Failed]

and the PC could not poweroff automatically

(PC could poweroff on RH 6.2)

All advices shall be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
