/proc/net/ip_masquerade

The format of /proc/net/ip_masquerade seems to have changed
between kernel version 2.2.x and 2.3.99-pre8. The difference
seems to be that in 2.2 there was a header that named the
various columns:

Prc FromIP FPrt ToIP TPrt Masq Init-seq Delta PDelta Expires (free=40960,40945,40960)
TCP C0A8010A:064F CDBCB38E:1450 EE4E 00000000 0 0 81315

... etc.

and in 2.3 there isn't:

TCP C0A8010A:0A59 CDBC0508:0579 EE49 00000000 0 0 43198155

... etc.

One result is that "netstat -M" gives results under 2.2 and
an error message under 2.3.99-pre8:

masq_info.c: Internal Error `ip_masquerade format error'.

Is the change in /proc/net/ip_masquerade intended?
