Hi all,

Attached is a patch to fix the unresolved symbol problem with ibmtr and
ibmtr_cs, a previous solution was proposed by re-exporting csum_partial_copy
- not good as its deprecated. This fix changes ibmtr.c to use
csum_partial_copy_generic instead.

Also, the drivers/net/pcmcia/Config.in was wrong for the ibm token ring
pcmcia card, you couldn't select the option at all, there was just a simple
dependency in the tristate line that shouldn't be there (it was depending
upon itself, :)
