sStrange behavior with Promise ud66 support in 2.2.15

Hi. I have 2.2.15 with your ide patchg installed and when I boot with
two hard disks both Western Digital 13 gig ide disks, it says the
first one is ud33 and the second one is ud66.

I also notice a very great performance hit when moving a large (1.3gb)
file from one disk to another.

Both disks are the same and claim to be capable of ultra ata 66 and I
did install the correct cable.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
