`apropos oops' yields:

ksymoops (8) - a utility to decode Linux kernel Oops

`grep -ilr oops /usr/src/linux/Documentation' yields (among others):

/usr/src/linux/Documentation/oops-tracing.txt

So kindly read the provided documentation.
