usb-uhci broke for me in 2.3.99-pre1; uhci is fine

The changes to usb-uhci.[ch] in patch-2.3.99-pre1 cause stalls for me
using the dc2xx driver. 2.3.51 worked fine but 2.3.99-pre1 delays for
about a minute when some transfers.

Using the uhci.c driver, everything works fine.
