2.3.99-pre5 breaks apache

When I tried to run 2.3.99-pre5 I just got this starting my apache:

[Mon Apr 24 10:35:33 2000] [emerg] (22)Invalid argument: could not call shmget

I rebooted on my 2.2.15-pre19 kernel and apache started right up.
