I have this problem using my ISA (!!) 3c509B with the 2.3.99pre5+ kernels. (Doesn't occur
in 2.3.99pre3)
The interrupt and IO address are set correctly by the driver on boot(or passed to a
modules by me), but I still can't recieve packets.
I think there is a networking error in here, too.
