2.3.99-pre5 seems unstable

I booted 2.3.99-pre5 on my laptop today. First thing, IRQs seem messed up.
It suggested pci=biosirq which didn't work. When I try to use my 3c575
card, it sends, but when the packet comes back, it ignores it (it can't see
the irq).

2nd, ejecting the card didn't cause problems, but reinserting the card gave
many many oopses and rebooted the machine. Those oopses are lost.

3rd, fix the pcmcia/cardbus drivers. They show up as their name instead of
the interface name.
