Another idea is to also have things like initial ownership and file
permissions stored in this file to. The main issue I can see with devfs,
where the hell does one find the names for everything. Like say at
somepoint down the road we decide that /dev/foo/foo1 isn't a good name
for our device, suddenly we now need to go through and file where the hell
that information is stored at.
