I am probably late, already but i experience on shutdown or reboot at the end
of the shutdown process a list of 'device or resource busy' and there was
something said about the umount2, I have multiple partitions disk, and 5 of
them are fo linux, I experience 3 or 4 such messages, the exact message as far
as i can recall is: Couldn't unmount /usr device or resource busy, and the same
for the rest except for / i guess,
