It corrects the timing aspects of the chipset for BIOS screw ups on
DeskTops and Servers.......but is completely untested on Laptops.....
I qualify this to the level has tests that are known and stable.
I suspect that it would STOMP all over saved APM setting in the BIOS.
Thus I need to have it disabled when APM is enabled.
