Attached is a patch to change numerous printk lines in the kernel to a
standardised quad octet form rather than an unknown 8 digit hex
representation.

c0a80001 or in some cases 100a8c0 becomes 192.168.0.1.

Some of the kernel wording has been changed for a more clear message to
the user.
