Linux kernel - CPU offload???

Does Linux kernel support:

1. TCP Segmentation offload?
2. TCP,IP,UDP checksum offload?
3. IPSEC?

I'm working with an ethernet card that has these
feature and wonder if the Linux driver can use it.
If the kernel does, what version? is there any
documentation on how to do it?
