In 2.3.99pre4-2 my ppp connection works just fine, in any later version,
icnluding final, I connect and all, but I do not get the remote and
local IP addresses, so after a bit the system hangs up the modem and
tries again. This is with pppd 2.3.11.
Is this common? Known fix?
