Alpha DP264, mounting HP NFS fs with
rw,async,noauto,rsize=1024,wsize=1024,intr,user,exec
nfs is compiled as a module, and installed automatically
by kmod.

Then umount, and right away mount again, and get:

Mar 30 16:46:18 holly kernel: kmem_create: Dup name - nfs_fh
Mar 30 16:46:18 holly kernel: kmem_create: Dup name - nfs_dcookie
Mar 30 16:46:18 holly kernel: kmem_create: Dup name - nfs_page
Mar 30 16:46:18 holly kernel: kmem_create: Dup name - nfs_write_data

Happens reliably.

Also got some of these:

Mar 30 16:09:39 holly kernel: nfs_writepage_sync: prior time??
Mar 30 16:12:06 holly last message repeated 1628 times
Mar 30 16:13:07 holly last message repeated 2218 times
Mar 30 16:14:09 holly last message repeated 1479 times
Mar 30 16:15:13 holly last message repeated 1116 times
Mar 30 16:16:21 holly last message repeated 804 times
Mar 30 16:16:49 holly last message repeated 795 times

During a stress test. Works better than 2.2, though.
