Output from the timepeg + intlat patch: 5ms of console blocking. (fwd)

Managed to download and apply the timepeg+intlat patch on one of my
old P133 development boxes.

after some nfs activity, and an "ls /dev/", these were among the longest
blocking... 5 milliseconds seems pretty significant...
