One who request additional file desriptor if there are none usually will die.

If process will write to middle of file with holes it'll be killed. JUST like
with memory.

Since OOM happens MUCH more frequently then "no file descriptors" or "no more
processes" problem. You can extend number of filedescriptors with just `echo'
command. You can not add memory with such easy.
