Hi Linus,

The appended patch fixes the following problems:

1) shmat on readonly segments fails (Thanks to Bruno for this)
2) The big kernel lock around shm_remove_name was superfluous
3) We should also suppress EINVAL in shm_close since this is return
   code for nonexistent special names.
4) Some credit lines were missing :-)
