Size of struct hd_driveid in hdreg.h (2.2+IDE-patch, 2.3)

#include <stdio.h>
#include <linux/hdreg.h>

int main()
{
   struct hd_driveid id;
   printf("sizeof struct hd_driveid: %d\n", sizeof (id));
   return 0;
}

I assume this should return 512, right?

With pristine 2.2.14 headers: 512
2.2.14 + ide.2.2.14.20000124.patch.bz2: 516
2.2.15pre12 + ide.2.2.15-10.20000226.patch.bz2: 516
2.2.15pre14 + ide.2.2.15-13.20000308.patch.bz2 516
2.3.49 516
2.3.51 516
2.3.99pre1 516

This break (at least) vmware. So if the padding is wrong (and it in fact
should be 512) perhaps you can fix it. If it should be 516, vmware has to
be fixed...
