[PATCH] fix for huge kernels with 2.3.50

Hi Linus,

I've attached a patch that corrects the page table for 4-8MB in head.S,
which allows loading of quite big kernels. I've also replaced the ugly
hand-crafted tables with a nice and simple initialization loop. It's
even pun-compatible with the previous version :-)

I've also adjusted tools/build.c accordingly. The maximum compressed
size of 2.5 MB is of course just a guess. I find the calculation of the
exact limit too complicated to be worth the effort. Besides, somebody
would probably break it within a week :)

The patch is for 2.3.50 (tested). Besides fixing a typo in a comment,
it's identical to the patch for 2.3.48 I've sent you a few days ago.

Cheers, Werner
