The adress parsing is intensional, as that some hardware does not require
all the address ioports.

As I explained to Pete, try 2.2.15pre10 plus the patches.
There were more changes in in 2.3.49 than I did. It appears that there is
not a problem with the code but other places, for now. I ak that anyone
with a 486 try to reproduce the error.
