As of 2.3.47, only a score of drivers use it :
drivers/net/{tulip.c,eepro100.c,epic100.c,8139too.c,yellowfin.c}
drivers/pcmia/tulip_cb.c
drivers/sound/{es137[10].c,sonicvibes.c,esssolo1.c}

you may also search for pci_id_info structures which generally contains
PCI_ID of managed PCI cards
