This is an infinite loop problem in kernel/exit.c:exit_notify
The while loop there unfortunately never terminates. I have not spent a
lot of time trying to figure out what's going on, but there seems to be
something "different" about the task pointers in pid1 from all the other
processes which cause this problem.
