Huh? The only constraint i know about is that "older" Dual-Pentium boards
can not run 233 MHz cpus because Intel changed something. You need to add
a pull-up resistor. The SMP/non-SMP thingy was AFAIK restricted to the
original P5 cpus and never an issue with P54C and P55C.
