Skeletonfb going away. Nah. The mock register would be better off in
skeletonfb.c. Skeletonfb.c is heavily based on fbgen. With the upcoming
API fbgen is part of the standard API instead of it being a option. I have
rewritten vfb because it can be a real functioning fbdev driver.
