2.2.14, pop3, and masquerading

Well, this problem affects more than just pop3. It affects ANY tcp/ip
protocol. Any time it gets over around 32k it STALLS hard! It happens
with pop3 alot. This is a PPro with 80 some odd meg of memory and a
nearly current Red hat 6.1 Install.

What do I need to do to provide debugging help?
